a really great look at johnny cash, the man behind such amazing songs. i've never really gotten into his early carreer, arriving late to the johnny cash love. his last three or four albums are my favorite, with 'the man comes around' being my favorite. it was cool to see how he got his start and his relationship with his wife. both phoenix and witherspoon do a good job of portraying the hardships and connections these two have.
