flashbacks of a fool

the story of a washed up actor, played by daniel craig, as he finds out his childhood friend has died.  he flashes back to his life as a kid when they were close and how things fell apart between them.  we see just how terrible of a friend craig was and how his actions caused those around him to loose what they loved and destroyed their lives.  the main character is so unlikable and selfish that its hard to really enjoy the movie.
