greenberg

a somewhat depressing drama/comedy starring ben stiller as a miserable man who looks down on everyone else for their choices and way of life.  he is all the worst aspects of a hipster, seeing everyone else as less than himself, yet actually seems to hate himself just as much.  i think this movie might be categorized as a 'mumble core' movie.  its interesting to see this sort of character portrayed, but the film rarely takes it beyond the limits of its main character.
